Cancellation Policy

If your flight is cancelled by us for any reason, (e.g., adverse weather – safety is our first concern, and we will not fly if conditions are unsuitable) we will be happy to re-book you at your convenience (subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers met) or refund the payment in full. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable so therefore a re-booking must be made for a date prior to the expiry date on the Gift Voucher.

Rescheduled flights must be made within 12 months. Outside of this period you will be subject to any price increases.

Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. The flight must be taken within the three-year time period. We strongly recommend the recipient of the voucher to try and fly ASAP after receiving the voucher. Please do not leave it until the voucher is about to expire. BALLOONING IS EXTREMELY WEATHER DEPENDENT, and the recipient of the voucher may have to try several times to use their voucher.

In the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking, certain fees & conditions apply.

We strongly advise you to take out insurance provisions with your preferred insurance provider to cover yourself for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, being too unwell to fly due to illness or injury.

If you are unwell or cannot make it, you may send someone else in your place. Please let us know the name of the replacement person before the flight.

Under no circumstances will flights be refunded or rescheduled if passengers cancel or do not show for their ballooning experience on the morning of the scheduled flight. Gift vouchers will be forfeited.

Within 48 hours prior to your flight no rescheduling is permitted. There will be no refund if you cancel during this time period. Gift vouchers will be forfeited.

Between 48 hours and 7 days prior to your scheduled flight, rescheduling is permitted (subject to availability and minimum passenger numbers met) but a $50 per person rescheduling fee will be charged. Rescheduling fees are non-refundable.

Before 7 days prior to your scheduled flight, you may reschedule or cancel your flight and no charges will apply. A full refund will be issued if cancelling. Gift vouchers however are non-refundable so a reschedule must be made prior to the expiry date.

A group is classified as 6 or more passengers.

Within 7 days prior to your flight no rescheduling is permitted. There will be no refund if you cancel during this time period. Gift vouchers will be forfeited.

Between 7 to 14 days prior to your scheduled flight, rescheduling is permitted (subject to availability) but a $50 per person rescheduling fee will be charged. Rescheduling fees are strictly non-refundable. There will be no refund if you cancel during this time period.

Before 14 days prior to your scheduled flight, you may reschedule or cancel your flight and no charges will apply. A full refund will be issued if cancelling. Gift vouchers however are non-refundable so a reschedule must be made prior to the expiry date.

We reserve the right of refusal if you are displaying unruly or disruptive behaviour and/or if we believe you are adversely impaired by drugs and/or alcohol. No refunds will be given. No rescheduling permitted. Gift vouchers will be forfeited.
